📋 Before You Subscribe: Please read this agreement carefully before subscribing to GoldPal Pro. Subscribing to the App constitutes your acceptance of this agreement.

Subscription Overview

GoldPal Pro ("Pro") is a subscription service provided through Apple App Store, granting users access to premium features.

Subscription fees are collected by Apple and charged through the payment method linked to your Apple ID. We cannot access your payment information.

Upon successful subscription, Pro features will remain available throughout the current subscription period.

Subscription Plans

GoldPal Pro offers the following subscription plans (specific prices are subject to App Store display):

Free Trial (if available)

Free trials may be available in some regions or during promotional periods. After the trial ends, if not cancelled, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription.

Auto-Renewal

Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew.

Renewal Time

Renewal will automatically occur within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. Renewal fees will be charged to the payment method linked to your Apple ID.

Renewal Price

Renewal prices may differ from the initial subscription price. Please refer to the latest price displayed on the App Store.

Cancel Subscription

How to cancel your subscription:

  1. Open the iPhone Settings app
  2. Tap your name/avatar
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Find GoldPal
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription
Important: After cancellation, Pro benefits remain active until the end of the current subscription period. Subscription fees will not be refunded.

Pro Benefits

Subscribing to GoldPal Pro unlocks the following premium features (actual features are subject to in-app availability):

  • Unlimited vault count
  • Historical gold price charts
  • Advanced data export (CSV/Excel)
  • Home screen widgets
  • AI scan and recognition
  • Real-time multi-device sync

Restore Purchases

On devices with the same Apple ID, you can restore your existing Pro subscription through the "Restore Purchases" feature in the App.

If you reinstall the App, simply use the same Apple ID to log into the App Store to restore your subscription without paying again.

Refund Policy

Subscription fees are collected by Apple. Refund requests must be processed through Apple's official channel.

How to Request a Refund

Visit reportaproblem.apple.com or find and report the issue in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Purchase History.

Important: We cannot directly process refund requests. All refund requests must be processed through Apple's official channel.

Service Changes

We reserve the right to adjust Pro subscription prices and benefit content at any time. Significant changes will be announced through App Store update notes.

If subscription prices increase, you will be notified through the App Store before the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
