1.1 Content You Create

Reminder names, dates, notes, emoji, category tags, and colors you enter in the app.

• Storage — kept in the on-device database. To power widgets and Live Activities, some data is shared locally through an App Group container accessible only to the app and its widgets.
• With iCloud sync on — synced to your personal iCloud private database (CloudKit), accessible only by your Apple Account.
• Developer access — none. We run no servers and hold no copies of this data.

1.2 Calendar Data

Read only when you explicitly use "Import from Calendar" and grant access.

• Read-only — the app never creates, edits, or deletes your calendar events.
• On-device only — events you pick are converted into reminders locally and never uploaded to any server.

1.3 Purchase Information

DateClock offers a one-time Pro purchase. Payment is handled entirely by the Apple App Store (StoreKit). We only receive the "purchased or not" status and can never see your Apple Account, card, or any payment details.

1.4 What We Don't Collect

The following simply do not exist in DateClock:

• No accounts — no sign-up, no sign-in, no user profiles.
• No analytics — no tracking SDKs, no usage statistics, no crash reporting.
• No ads — no ad networks, no advertising identifier (IDFA), no "tracking" as defined by Apple.
• No sensors — no access to location, contacts, camera, photo library, or microphone.

• Core features — show countdowns and fire reminders at the set time.
• System alarms — scheduled via Apple AlarmKit so they can break through Silent and Focus modes.
• Widgets & Live Activities — show upcoming events on the Home Screen, Lock Screen, and Dynamic Island.
• iCloud sync (optional) — keep data consistent across your own devices only.

All permissions can be revoked at any time in system Settings; the rest of the app keeps working normally.

• No third-party SDKs — the app contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking libraries.
• No data sale — we hold nothing that could be sold, shared, or traded.
• Apple services only — iCloud sync and App Store purchases are provided by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy; iCloud data always stays in your own account.

• Retention — data stays on your device (and your iCloud account) until you delete it; we hold no copies.
• Deleting the app — removes all local data on that device.
• Deleting iCloud data — manage or remove it in Settings → Your Name → iCloud.
• Encryption — iCloud sync is encrypted by Apple in transit and at rest.

DateClock is not directed at children under 13. Since the app collects no personal information from anyone, it does not collect personal information from children.

1.4 収集しない情報

• Widgets et Activités en direct — afficher les événements à venir sur l'écran d'accueil, l'écran verrouillé et la Dynamic Island.
• Synchronisation iCloud (optionnelle) — uniquement entre vos propres appareils.
